I really would like your opinion on this one. I put up a Halloween display on my lawn. It is foam gravestones with cobwebbing placed on them, a zombie torso that looks like he is coming out of the ground, tape around my house that looks like crime scene tape that says, "Caution, enter if you dare." I have a sign on the window of my front door that says, "Beware," and it looks like dripping blood. I have a stuffed man with a mask standing in my front window. That is my Halloween display. Now, so far I have seen smiles when the neighbors look at it, and have only heard positive comments thus far. Last night my Baptist preacher neighbor comes over and says it (and we) are evil, and it needs to come down. He equated this to the school shootings of the Amish girls(?) and said he is very concerned about what is going on in our house. I am wondering what your opinions are of this. I can assure you, we are not evil, I just like Halloween. Would you take it down? He is as far as I know the only one complaining, and I really feel he attacked our character, without knowing anything about us. Opinions?
