Right now I am listening to a transcription for a patient who had a fetal demise in utero at term.  She has diabetes and did not follow up with her prenatal care after the first trimester. I'm having a hard time doing this one because of my tears. I can't imagine not taking care of myself while I was pregnant. Children are such a blessing. A true gift from God. What don't women understand this and take better care of themselves. Smoking while pregnant, doing drugs, or drinking alcohol...it just amazes me.
Ok. I'm done venting. Back to work I go. Got the Kleenex next to me. Thanks for listening.
