I have found some winners there that are pretty simple. A recent one combined a can of cream of shrimp or mushroom soup with 1/4 c. water until simmering, put in 1 lb frozen cooked shrimp (that was thawed first) until warm through. Put in 1 tsp. seafood seasoning (I didn't have any so used creole seasoning mix). Serve on top of cooked rice. Would probably be good on pasta too.
