I just started taking it yesterday, so cannot testify yet, but I think it is going to work for me.

Yes. I tried Hoodia.
Tried it for a few weeks and it did not do a thing. A few friends of mine also tried it with no success.  All I lost was the money I spent on the junk. Don't waste your money.
Hoodia
I tried it last year but I saw no difference.  Now I've increased my workout regimen, joined a gym and cut back on portion size and that makes a difference !  I really think if you want to lose weight that's what it boils down to - eat less and exercise more.
Hoodia
Didn't work for me at all!
Anybody out there tried Hoodia?....
If so, did you have good results and what side effects did you have?
Hoodia
Your post is so encouraging!

So many products nowadays claiming Hoodia & green tea. Are there particular brand names of the Hoodia (& green tea pills) at Walmart that are working so well for you? Thanks so much for any information! So hard to lose weight :(
Hoodia, etc.
I've seen it at Sam's in the double-pack. Don't know any more than that. I just do the gym thing. Been into body-building for as long as I can remember. Even if you don't want to get all cut-up, etc., the basics are a great way to lose weight and look really good (& lean). I learned long ago from my trainer that actually doing less cardio and weights and eating "clean" was the real ticket. She was one of the Miss Galaxy Finalists, and actually had to tone down her muscle from her other competitions. I did't make it as far as she did due to knee & neck surgeries, but never let it stop me. That means high protein, low carbs, veggies, and lots of water. Fast-forward all these years & I never leave the house w/o my water bottle. Just a thought. I hope y'all the best.

Hoodia/NutraSystem

What kind of preservatives, etc. are in that Nutra-System food?  I've heard it's good, but expensive.  But making 18 egg whites (from Whole Foods), etc. wasn't exactly cheap, either.  I finally gave up the Whole Foods thing, as it got to be too over-the-top.  Another thing that's really lean is buffalo meat, and it's good.

When you get hungry and want to cheat you might try either yogurt, more protein (which is the best if you can do it), or nutrition bars (Cliff, etc.).

How long do you think you'll stay on NS?

Keep up the good work!
