Trying to get rid of the ibuprofen

I know not a good connection between taking ibuprofen and the kidneys but when I get up of a morning, especially if I have to spend time out walking around, I take ibuprofen to help me navigate where the old bones and joints do not give me so much pain. I also take fish oil and a supplement for the joints so that is covered, mostly I need something else to take for the stiffness, pain, etc that I seem to have earlier in the day. Have been checked for rheumatoid arthritis, do not have but do have fibromyalgia. Going on a much anticipated trip this next week and would like to hear of any suggestions. Thanks.

Try ibuprofen rather than naprosyn
It works better for me, anyway, and when my sister ended up in the ER in the middle of the night with a terrible sore throat, that's what they recommended. Take 600 mg every 4-6 hours.
