would do anyone any good. She is not an alcoholic, but she is vicious, at least to me. My husband and I have agreed that she cannot be alone with our boys--nor can she and my FIL watch them because he will never stand up to her. However, I must try to respect that she is my husband's mother and he loves her, though I can't understand why, and she must have some redeeming quality because she did raise one heck of a son--maybe someday I'll catch a glimpse of it. For now, I know that she does love my boys--just can't stand me more than she loves them--so supervised visitation it is. Luckily, they live 3000 miles away, so I only have to deal with it about once a year. My time is coming soon--blah!
