The fact that he seems to be telling you everything means he is probably not interested in going after her. He just wants to make you aware and show you he is being a *good boy.* He perhaps knows her reputation and knows people may be talking and he does not want you to worry. She may be after him, or he may just be a good listener, but he sounds like he is being very upfront with you and showing you he is not interested at all. Stop worrying about it and handing over your power to her. Do not let this other woman ruin your happy times with him and plant seeds of doubt in your head. :-)
