why would she call you up to tell you about the seeds if he was there on her property? that alone would be a good excuse to talk to him to pass on that info, but instead she called you and told you. to me it sounds like a woman who isn't interested in a lot of other men coming to her property for only her. it sounds like she was giving him that info to let him know if that was what he was after, don't waste his time.

sounds like you are chasing him too much. if you care, let him show how much he really cares. sm
you said you primarily communicate via phone, text, and emails. do you ever see each other in person? you need to back off as other's suggested and see what he does. when he asks why he hasn't heard from you just tell him i wanted to see if you cared enough to contact me since i am always the one contacting you. maybe that will get him to thinking. most guys like a chase, not being chased so just keep that in mind.
