Your upstairs bathroom toilet overflows (twice - I have 2 young boys) and you have large waterstains on your DR and kitchen ceilings. Do you know if they will pay to fix the water damage? The kitchen ceiling is easy to do ourselves, since they are the suspended, individual tiles. But the DR has those ceiling tiles that are linked together. You seem very knowledgeable, so I thought I would run this by you! Unfortunately, we now have to supervise all toilet flushing.
