What would you fix?

Lets say that you are going to have company for about a week. You are going to be feeding four more people. They are not picky eaters. You are on a budget. What are you going to feed them?

I'm expecting my son, his wife, and the two Grands in a few days.

I have to say that I'm really looking forward to them coming, but this is a tight time for me. I wouldn't tell them not to come for the world. Last time they were here, they did help with groceries, but DS#1 has lost his job and I can't expect them to help this time.

So give me some good ideas for meals. They like veggies. DS is not crazy about chicken, but the girls like it.
