I have very long hair (waist length). I get it colored (5-6 colors, foiled in by hand) and cut and styled for $180. The expense comes from the hours/effort of the hand foiling of 5-6 colors then all the time spent with a bone marrow pack on, etc.

Just a cut for $60 is not coming out of my wallet! :)
