Yes, but...

In Reply to: I have done a lot of research on Anna in the past and of course now sm - My thoughts

<<First, the son of the billionaire died on June 20 of last year after a short battle with an infection. So there goes the claims that the billionaire's did that. >>

And when he died, his estate was left to his family.  So, now there are several family members, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren and their spouses who stand to inherit a piece of a billion-dollar pie, and the only thing standing in their way is Anna Nicole and her son.  You don't think at least one of those family members could be capible of hiring someone to kill them?

<<Second. Anna is not married to Howard K. Stern, her attorney. They had a committment ceremony which both the Bahamas and the US do not recognize. >>

But if he is in fact the father, he would be the sole guardian of a child who stands to inherit millions.

<<As far as Larry Birkhead, the previous boyfriend, according to his website dated Feb. 8, Anna was his soul mate. He was waiting for her to come back to him and leave Howard so they could raise their baby together. >>

Murderers usually try to cover up their crimes, don't they?  If he did kill her, of course he would say publicly that he loved her, because that would take the blame off of him.

<<Anna died of pure heartbreak, drug overdose, and a combination of the flu/pneumonia. >>

That's a very good possibility, but my point was, if someone wanted to murder her, they could have easily taken advantage of the fact that there were a lot of things going on in her life that would give a jury "reasonable doubt."

Even if they do find out that she was murdered, I doubt they could get a conviction because of her drug use, fashioning herself after Marilyn Monroe, and everything else.  I think Anna left herself wide open to be murdered by a lot of different people who could financially gain from it.
