With Verizon, you have to pay extra to have your calls itemized on your printed bill, something like $1.50 a month. However, you can log in online and look at each and every call made. Verizon does not have any plans that are $25 a month that I know of, but even if they did, you would have all of the taxes and surcharges on there that would probably bring it to at least $40. In any case, you even if the calls aren't itemized on your printed bill, look online and you can see exactly what calls were made and received.
