I would just have a lawyer ready because what you are talking about today and yesterday beyond what you are legally allowed to do, that being obtaining his health records and jail records. Any lawyer would tell you otherwise. Good luck. You did not answer age of consent in your state.

It should not matter who types it - as an MT we are bound
by rules and regulation, HIPPA, etc. If I ended up typing their report I would not tell anyone (not even DH) because that is against rules (maybe they are my own, but if word leaked out that I typed their reports it would be by my own mouth). Besides...I don't think the press can find out the name of the Transcriptionist who types the reports. If so, then it would be because the supervisor gave them your name and then she/he could get in trouble. There are just some things nobody should know, and even though they are Hollywood legends their bodies function the same way ours do and they are no different than Sam, Joe, Judy or Bob when typing a report for them.
Just speaking for my brother, it made him more determined to have a good marriage SM
and is respectful and a wonderful dad and husband. I am proud of him for that. My dad was a good person, and so is my mom. However, together they were oil and water. I affected my sister and myself more than my brothers.
