Just to clarify...I have not done nor am I going to do anything illegal. I am going to use what information I have to make this character leave my daughter alone. It was not obtained illegally...her friend offered some info, we just followed up on it. No one else but my DH, my DS, and I know about this...DD doesn't even know that DH and I know, and hopefully it will stay that way...thanks everyone for your thoughts
