It was the seafood man. Sawyer actually drank with Jack's dad in the bar. I think Sawyer knows that it was his dad because of some of the things Jack says and then Sawyer kinda gives that "wha?" look... he's piecin it together...

So now that we know Jack's dad is actually Claire's dad too, there is going to be more going on there. Too long to go into until I'm done workin for the day.
