Long story short here; 2 weeks ago my checking acct was frozen due to a judgement against me for a car loan (10 years ago, I might add) so I went Monday and filed BK.
My question is, if you have experienced this before, does you know how long it can take to release the checking acct? My attorney said a week or so, but am just asking for personal experience on this...
