That was what I meant earlier about being vigilant about reading what is sent to you. Most people just think it is garbage and throw it away and then when the interest rate spikes, they go nuts. I think they count on people not reading that stuff. It's your money, so you have to be AWARE; read; read; read; ask questions; read some more. It is sadly the way of the world these days, and if you don't watch your own back or pocketbook, somebody is gonna have their hand it it! JMO
