With depression and ADD, you may qualify for fincnaicl assistance through vocational rehabilitation if you have it where you live.  In my state, you go through Career Central, an employment clearinghouse; and then if you qualify for assitance, they refer you to voc rehab.  You just have to have a mental or physical problem to get help from them, like your depression and/or ADD. 

I, too, used the Pell grant for nursing school and transcription.  Your school should also be able to refer you to web sites where you can apply for grants, scholarships, etc.  There are very, very many.
