it never really goes away, you just have to chalk it up

as a lesson learned.  this is amazing, cuz the same thing just happened to me this week.  been helping someone for ages, then they turn on me !!  blew my mind and i'm still miffed.  we can only learn to surround ourselves with the loved ones around us.  you can't have a bad day if you start your morning shower with:  "I'm thankful for _____" and go down the long list of things that you know you are blessed with.

this is the worst:  you're lying in bed on saturday morning, don't have to get up, free to sleep as long as you want, and then your brain starts in with "all the people who have done me wrong."  so much for getting back to sleep once that list starts creeping into your consciousness.

forgive yourself, realize it's not you.  and remember, no good deed goes unpunished. -- sorry.
