my neighbor used to make head cheese

It was an almost whole day process. She would open up all her windows and stink up the outside. It was the worst thing I have smelled cooking. No way was I going to taste it. Just the name is disgusting.

Head cheese, it's so gross.
My dad used to love it and told me he would give me 5 bucks if I tried it. I did and I hated it. I got the 5 bucks though, even though I threw it up. I gag whenever I see it.
or may be mac and cheese. I make my own
using elbow macaroni, velveeta cheese, stewed tomatoes and bread crumbs on top with a dot of butter.

Cook the mac first, melt the cheese in macaroni, add tomatoes, put bread crumbs on top and then bake.

Usually have biscuits or rolls with that and a salad.
Cheese souffle, you make it the day before
and then pop it in the oven for an hour, a hit here!

cut crust off about a loaf of bread,

mix eggs, some milk, pepper together,

lay one layer of bread in 13 x 9 pan, cut Velvetta cheese and place on top of bread slices and layer until you have like three layers,, then slowly pour egg/milk mixture over top and press down with a fork, place in frig overnight, cook for an hour on 350-400....

some variety we do, add sausage links in the mixture.
Tortilla chips and chili cheese dip. I make
the dip with velveeta mexican mild cheese and 1 can of chili without beans. Recipe is on velveeta box. I also get lots of fruits - strawberries, bananas, kiwi, apples, marshmallows and a whole bunch of other things and cut it up myself. I also have a very small crockpot that I put 2 bags of chocolate chips in to melt - goes great with the fruit and keeps most of the kids (and adults) happy. I buy a bag of shish kabob sticks so they can dip everything instead of having fingers going in. Buy some sandwich meat and cheese, spread it nicely on a platter, get different kinds of bread and let them make their own sandwiches. Macaroni and potato salad.
Watched Rachael Ray make a yummy looking sausage/mac/cheese dish
today that is now on my list of things to make.  If not tonight - then soon!
We usually have just cheese or cheese spread & crackers out (nm)

My neighbor
dropped by with a beautiful gerbera plant with bright orange flowers, the kind I like, some notecards with watercolor art of a Siberian husky's profile, and a kind sympathy card with a big, fluffy guardian type dog sitting watch on the front.

She and I both lost dogs at Christmas, and she had spent a little time with CJ, so she was extremely sad that I lost CJ so soon. It was very thoughtful and kind of her. I was quite touched.
ARE YOU MY NEIGHBOR?

Nice, I have one of those outfits too.  I call it my "Puffy Ninja" outfit.  Kind of like a black Pillsbury Doughboy, right?  I noticed that when I fall down while shoveling it makes it kind of hard to get back up with all those layers.  My husband took pity and bought a snowblower for me to use and put racing stripes on it to lure me into wanting to use it.  Phooey on that.  I'll make hot chocolate for him while he snowblows to his heart's content.  He can enjoy those racing stripes and cold icy water going down his back while I stir the chocolate in my fuzzy slippers.  Doesn't California look good sometimes?

Move - the sooner the better.
Your Neighbor is too MUCH!!!

First, what state do you live in? Some states have a one-party (the caller) notification and others it takes the authorization of both parties to tape a phone call.  In such a state if you tape a conversation without the other person's permission you can be in deep doo-doo!!

http://www.rcfp.org/taping/   To see what your state requires, click on the state-by-state guide on the side bar.

It sounds like management isn't doing what their suppose to.  I live in a two-family apartment and have a lot of unused land around the house so I have no idea how the rules are in a large apartment complex work. If management won't help, then I would go to the Sheriff and get a restraining order. Sounds like Nosey Neighbor is more or less off kilter by the alcohol intake.

As for the pup, call animal control. If she didn't license her dog, in many states it's six months) She might get either a warning or ticket. Plus, I think it would be a health hazard to allow an animal to pee and poo in a common indoor walkway.....isn't it???

You don't want to tick management off to the degree that you might have a hefty rent increase or even an eviction.

Let me tell you about my neighbor...sm
I do live in the country. I live on 10 acres along with my parents. My parents live on the other end. BUT my dad had this Mexican guy that worked for him. He let him move his junky camper on the property not very far from me. It is not in my yard but pretty close to it. I would say 150-200 feet over from me. Well I have always had privacy. So I don't like having someone who can see everything I do. Well he used to sit in his camper and peek out his blinds at me when I was in my yard. I would see him. I did not like him at all. Well he had a girlfriend who lived with him. They fought all the time. Every time they would fight almost she would come to my door crying saying he was hitting her and she was afraid. What the heck am I supposed to do? They are illegal so they don't want the law out. Then finally I got to where I didn't answer to the door so she quit coming over here. I guess she got the hint. Well he went back to Mexico. Thank God! She didn't and my dad feels sorry for her and lets her stay. She is nosy. She took it upon herself to have her mail delivered to my mailbox without asking if it was ok. Just gave my address as her own. My address is on my box. Then since she was using my box she took it upon herself to go check the mail and at the same time plunder through mine. If I don't beat her to the mailbox she steals the salepapers. Oh yes. If you ask her about it she says she hasn't. I have seen her. She turns her music up loud so when I go in my yard sometimes I can hear it. She is a hoe and has strange men over all hours of the night who stay until the next morning. She has ended up getting pregnant as a result and still has men come "visit" at night and she is 7 months pregnant. Disgusting! But my dad won't make her leave so either I have to deal with it or move. She is no where around his house so of course it doesn't bother him. I have lived here my whole life so I don't want to leave.
My neighbor uses them as
golf holes in his yard! lol yes i am serious! Atleast yours hides them in the garage. lol
A neighbor said is was the best thing
She looked better than ever once she had the surgery.  A good friend (male) said he could only eat mashed potatoes and chicken for months until diagnosed.  Once the gallbladder was removed, he felt great and was back to work as a plumber (heavy lifting and all) in what seemed like a short period of time maybe even 6 weeks.  Tough call, but I'd say you'll probably be better off having the surgery and they "be gone" once and for all.  God bless.
Well if you had a neighbor like mine
who called the health department when I did not cut the grass (had surgery so missed a week or 2 of getting up there) and the department asked me to go there, did and the grass not even knee high so then I called the department back, told them sour grapes from guy because I would not sell to him and do not call me again unless health issue, no garbage, no old vehicles, nothing. We have a commercial cutter, bought just for that but like I said in another part, got estimate of over 300$ and with needing every month, would have to get a second job to pay for just the grass! Mine between 2 other properties and they are not the kind you want to share morning coffee with. The neighbors from hades.
"Send them to the neighbor's."
Don't you dare do that!  That's what my neighbors do to me with their kids and it pisses me the frig off!  Give them the NyQuil instead ;-)
My neighbor has a (now) first grader - sm
and she has her ears pierced. Mom buys her semi-precious stones, opal earrings, etc. The kid loses them all the time. She has many, many singles now. I would not advise anything of expense for any child under the age of 12. Either get inexpensive CZs or birthstones that are under $20. Hypoallergenic posts are a must though.
meeting the neighbor

One thing I don't see that really will matter especially with these more agressive breeds...are they fixed?  If one or both of these are intact males, all bets are off.  You do not want to attempt to bring them together if they are intact males because that will change everything.

IMO, you and your neighbor may want your dogs to friends but in all likehood they don't.  They are each used to their own territory and if they have not been socialized up to this point, then bringing a strange adult dog into their home will only set them up to fail.  In all honesty, your dog is probably going to be happier staying at home without you then going with you to the neighbors.

Ahh Hayseed, I always wish you were my neighbor LOL (sm)
I'm sure you are funny all day every day....on the rag...yuck!! LOL

Reminds me of a neighbor
I called the school system on a child who was not attending school (I would see him lots of days in his yard during school time). When the authorities came out the mother tried to tell them she was homeschooling the child. Good thing her word was not taken- this woman can hardly read and is basically right on the fringe of incompetency herself. I think some kind of system ought to be in place to teach children- I personally do not think I have the knowledge to give my own child what they would need. Read on this site where mothers homeschooling and working an 8 hour day? How in the world are they doing that. I think the kids will probably suffer in the longrun.
I have one who started out my neighbor
and became my best friend. She just moved about 5 miles away about a month ago and I miss her already. We used to see each other every day and didn't even have to knock on each other's doors. I miss her coming over in the middle of the night when I was working with hot chocolate. We can talk about everything. Our children are best friends. It's definitely not the same with her not right across the street. Our other neighbor said that neighbors can't be friends, but in my instance it couldn't be further from the truth. We're like family. We go out to dinner almost every Saturday night, and our family's have vacationed together. The spring and summer months will be the worst since we used to see each other every day. I'm really lucky to have her in my life. I wish everyone had someone like her.
Do you live next to my mom's neighbor's too?

My mom has had issues with her neighbor's dogs for a long time.  If they aren't barking, they are pooping in the yard, tearing out the trash, etc.  We have called the Humane Society.  They don't do anything....at least around here they don't.  We have called the Sheriff's Department and they said there was nothing they could do.  We can't shoot them as that is animal cruelty.  Those stupid dogs have more rights than humans do it seems.

If there dog is a big dog, I most certainly would not want it in my house.  I have an Aussie that stays outside.  When he barks, we don't bring him in the house.  We do, however, tell him to knock it off and he usually does.  We don't just let him bark and bark.  We also don't have neighbors right next to us either.

Irresponsible dog owners are a pet peeve of mine.  In fact, I've thought several times of writing a letter to the Editor of our local newspaper about irresponsible dog owners.

Do the other neighbor's say anything about this dog?

punk neighbor kid

Awhile back I wrote that I wish there was a draft and the neighbor's kid would be drafted.  Got lots of messages telling me bout the terrors of other neighborhood kids.  Just thought I'd update you on this.  This kid is 14 years old (is about as big as a full grown overweight adult) and his attitude is getting worse and worse.  Seems like his parents don't know how to control him and they don't.  He calls his little brother the "B" word (usually what we refer to other women as), he's constantly saying "homee and home boy", uses the "f" word in about every sentence that comes out of his mouth.  The other day was about the final point for me.  He was using hedge trimmers to do whatever he was doing.  Well the thing wasn't working to his liking and he used about every swear word imaginable in a single sentence.  The lady two houses across from me in the back yard yelled out to him - "Hey watch your language".  She was coughing and sounded sick and I'm sure she didn't like what he was saying.  His reply to her was "Shut the "f" up or I'll come over and kill you".  I don't think she heard it as he did not say it loud enough but DH and I heard it.  All I could think of was where are his parents.  They were there about 5 minutes before that.  He also has a couple freinds of another color and when they are in the back yard with him he feels the need to do a whole "routine" like what you see in the movies.  Well yesterday we happened to catch a movie on TV (by accident - it was on and we couldn't find the remote to change the channel) but it was called Alpha Dog and our mouths about dropped.  Not sure if any of you have seen it but it is exactly the way the kid next door acts and talks.  They call each other the "B" word (still didn't realize they call guys that), and the expletives in that movie were even more than I can take (and I can sure use the words at times - bad language does not bother me, it's the people who use it and in what reference they use it).  I told my DH I have a good mind to go talk to his mother but that wouldn't do any good, and if I did I wouldn't put it past him to torch our house or rob us when we were away.  His parents talk to him like nothing I've heard of before (except the low lifes across the street that freely use the "f" word talking to their kids).  But the kids parent's have called him a name (I won't use it if by some chance she happens to frequent this board - I have no idea what she does but you never know).  But when he asked why she called him that she stated "because you don't have a brain".  They are constantly yelling at him.  The other day he told his parents he wanted his room to remain completely dark and they said to him "like your heart".  Kind of creeped me out.  Anyway...we have been planning to move for quite some time, but this was the breaking point to speed up our search.  I believe he's probably just a bully and says things he doesn't mean when he knows that other people can't hear him, but anyone voicing they will kill someone is enough for me to "head to the hills" and to really search out what kind of neighbors in different area.  We also get a lot of kids playing the base on their car radios so loud the stuff inside our house vibrates.  Told my DH today where can we go live in peace and quiet without having to move to a 55+ park.  I'm sure every place has kids who are a terror, but I really feel like this is where I don't want to be.  I wrote before I wished they'd have a draft but I realized today what he needs is to be in a military school with a uniform and drill sergeants keeping an eye on him 24 hours a day teaching him respect.  Being in the Army and going through basic training myself really taught me respect for others and how to be an adult.  Anyway...just wanted to vent.

annoying neighbor
you have freaks for neighbors just like we do.  You have to be sly and not let them know what is going on (school clothes, new toys, teachers, etc.)  I have spent years trying to get to the point where my neighbor just waves and doesn't take it as an invitation to come over and try to interrogate.  My husband says you have to be bold with people like that and not to worry about it, they are used to it.  Good luck.
That's hilarious! My neighbor said
her best babysitter was a collie. They lived on a busy highway 40 years ago with a chain link fence. Her male collie would let any kid in the yard, but he would never let them leave unless an adult was taking them out. He would grab them by the back of their pants or diaper and pull them away from the gate or fence.
My neighbor, George...
who is taking great care of his wife, who has Alzheimer's, and still finds time to plow the snow off his neighbors' driveway with his tractor.
Dear Neighbor:
Please don't come outside naked. You're too old and you have nothing to see anyway. Yes, I called the police. You're the vice president of a world-wide company for crying out loud. You should know better.
Old neighbor of mines does not have one - sm
no credit cards either. I do him a favor and get him is cigs via mail order (he can't in his state though I can, just cannot have a business ship cigs to you)and ship them to him, and I save him about $30 a carton that way. He pays everything with money orders or cash. He lives off his pension and that is it, he is a retired fireman.
My neighbor/friend comes over...sm
a few times a day to feed and entertain my cat and dog.  A lady at the dog park put her dog in a *kennel* that was more like a day care/motel.  At night each dog has their own heated space.  During the day, all the residents and day care dropoffs are let loose in the yard to play.  She even brought things from home and *decorated* his *suite.*  It was hilarious envisioning what this place was like.  BTW,

How do you get your neighbor to keep the music down
This is very frustrating for us. There is a degenerate 16-year-old kid next door (bully of the neighborhood). When his parents are not home (or at least we believe they are not home) he sits outside and plays music (if that's what you call it) in his car radio. It vibrates inside the house and all we can hear is THUMP, THUMP, THUMP, THUMP. DH has asked him over and over and over to keep the noise down, and he turns it down, that is until the next day or two. I was thinking of asking our police to come by and explain to him and his family of a noise ordinance in this town, but they've cut back so much in police don't think they would do that. - Okay as I'm writing DH just got so p.o.'d he flew out the door and is going asking him to keep it down, but this will only last for the day.

Anyone have any suggestions? Have concerns about getting his parents involved cos the last lady who told him to do something he muttered under his breath (not loud enough for her to hear, but we heard him) "Shut the F up or I'll come and kill you".

Okay, another part of the story. DH just came in and evidently the mother is home. DH was going to say something but the kid was out in front with his little gang friends and he said to his mother "hey mom, the people down around the corner just complained about the music. How could she hear it all the way down there. We were here first so they can move. I think I'll go down and pee on her lawn". So...evidently the mother does know. DH just looked at him and didn't say anything and the degenerate walked over to the car and turned down the music.

Any suggestions.
mac 'n cheese

Here's the one I use...it's yummy...enjoy!

1 box, about 8 ounces or so, of elbow mac noodles

shredded cheese (I use the 4 cheese blend usually) about 2 cups...

1 small can evaporated milk

1 can cheddar cheese soup

1 egg

salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cook noodles until mostly done, but not all the way;drain.  Mix in a large bowl the cheddar cheese soup, evaporated milk, and egg.  Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the noodles in with the soup mixture (I usually cool my noodles a bit before adding by running under cool water for a minute or 2).  Don't add too many noodles or the mac 'n cheese will be dry.

Spray a round, deep casserole dish with nonstick spray.  Add a layer of noodle mix, top with cheese; repeat with another layer of noodle mix and top with remaining cheese.  Don't skimp on the cheese either!  Add about a cup to each layer, depending on how much you like cheese (we love it)!  Bake for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is bubbly.

It's seriously delicious.  It's the only recipe my whole family uses for mac 'n cheese!

mac/cheese
Try adding some dry mustard. It was in one recipe I had and it really helped.
Cheese

any and all kinds

Mac&Cheese
LOL, I made homemade mac and cheese a couple times and the kids didn't like it!  But they love the Kraft.  My 12 yo niece recently told us that when she was little she though Grandma made the best mac and cheese in the world.  Yep, it was Kraft in the box.  I wouldn't sweat it.  In our family we just always make mac and cheese for the little kids and they're happy.
mac & cheese
Cook 1 lb macaroni according to directions on box and put in crock pot.

Add one stick margarine.
Add 1/2 lb white American cheese.
Add 1/2 lb Cooper Sharp cheese.
Add 1 quart milk.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Warm in crock pot at least 4 hours (2 on high and then 2 on low).
Unfortunately . . . Mac and Cheese out of a box :)
I can't cook. I had never even cooked before (except warmed up left overs in the microwave). I cooked mac and cheese out of the box, but left the burner on (high) after getting rid of the water and half the noodles stuck to the bottom of the pan. It was a disaster. Needless to say . . . my husband cooks most the time now (though I have learned how to cook in the meantime).
mac n cheese
The best frozen mac and cheese is from Trader Joe's. It's absolutely decadent! Don't be fooled by the fact that it's frozen. Yum.
My parents' neighbor works there...
... I can hope she might be working, or else I'll just practice my sad, pitiful look.
Small World. Hi neighbor!!
*waving*
Every now and then I hire my neighbor's daughter - sm
who is now 15 to babysit my 2 (7 and 8). She has 2 younger brothers (6&7) so plenty of experience being around younger kids (plus her mom is right up the road if there is a problem). I pay her $5/hour and usually a $5 tip to boot. Kids have a blast with her too, so it all works out.
I think I'm a crazy neighbor magnet

Two stories:

First is lady who lives upstairs, is retired, likes to wake up with gin and set the sun with it. This woman HAS to win the award for the biggest busybody ever born. I've tried to be friendly (10 apartments on this side...I'm on the bottom level). If someone's car tags expired yesterday, she is asking management to have it hauled. If someone's dog looks like it's going to poop, she is going over to ask the owner if they plan to clean it up.  She walks around the parking lot to critique how clean people keep their cars.  Two other neighbors above me have banned her from talking to them because she is so intrusive, so she started fixating on me

My son moved out about 45 days ago and left his broken down car and guess what? The tag expired. Two weeks ago she accidentally told me she was after mgmt to  get it towed. I looked at her and asked her if she was trying to get my son's car towed. Oh, no, she didn't mean it like that. I couldn't help it.  I said, "you mean you didn't mean to say that to my face, right?" I told her keep her nose out of my business and I got the car towed within 3 days and blocked her phone number on my phone. She knocked on my door yesterday (my son was pulling up to come in to sign the title and I was getting ready for a doctor appointment). I thought it was my son when she knocked and I opened the door. She wanted to talk to me about my across-the-hall neighbor's garbage (see next story) that had been pulled apart by cats in the breezeway...I told her I didn't have time cuz of the appt and started to shut the door.  She put out her arm and pushed my door back open into my apartment, making me have to step backward. I was floored! I told her she didn't have the right to use her body to keep me from closing my own front door. I told her to move her arm ...now! She didn't drop her arm, but the pressure lessened and I was able to close the door.  I heard voices and my door opened by my son.  He had heard what was said and she was trying to get him to tell me something.  He just shook his head and said, "not my problem!" Arggh! I did stop at the office on the way out to let them know about the garbage and what happened with the neighbor. Other than just avoiding her as I have been doing (which I think is the best approach) is to file a complaint at the sheriff's office.  If something else happens within 12 months of the complaint, I could get a restraining order on her.

Story Two - even better - Across-the-hall trash lady who leaves out her plastic garbage bags 1 or 2 times a week. Since she started that, cats, insects and vermin have infested my home, so I call the office to ask them to place give her a reminder notice that leaving out trash is not allowed. I'm never ugly about it even though I have had to get a professional pest control service and I have caught one rat and one mouse since she started this.  I have never gotten along with this woman. My first interaction with her told me she has an abbrasive personality, so I just smile, say hi, quick chit chat, but nothing personal.  The first neighbor introduced us because new neighbor was taking her 3 yo son with her to work and it was causing her problems on the job...so first neighbor knocked on my door, introduced us and told her that since I stay home and had a 3 yo, I could keep HER kid too!   We exchanged phone numbers to "think about it" and I told her it wouldn't work as we worked different shifts (I thought that was a gracious passive-aggressive way to handle it). The longer she has lived here, the more the phrase comes to my mind.."you can take the girl out of the trailer park, but..."  So today I come home from picking up my kid from daycare to find a puppy out in the trash and huge boxes of used toys she hasn't gotten to the dumpster yet in the breezeway. The puppy comes right over to my 4 yo (who is thrilled) and starts peeing on her shoes   The neighbor's sister who moved in to babysit came out the door saying she dropped her phone in the tub, it won't work, can she use mine.  I tell her I'm using mine to work, so not now. I ask her if that is their dog.  Yes. I tell her that I think I just don't know if I can handle all the trash in the breezeway, plus a dog that relieves itself just outside my door, too. She denied the dog did that and as I was pointing out the puddles, there it was.  The cutest little pile of steaming brownies 2 inches from my door jam. Oh, HE didn't do it! yeah, right! But, sister said she would clean it up.  I told her I'd be glad to watch the dog while she did that. She got mad, but I didn't believe she was going to clean it up. When the neighbor got home, she called me and was screaming about how ugly I treated her sister! I told her if she couldn't talk calmly, conversation was over.  She couldn't, I hung up. She called back in same manner.  I told her don't call me again or I would report her for annoying phone calls and hung up.  Yep, 8 calls later she finally left a message on voice mail admitting it was her dog.

So here is my question - I already made a tape copy to possibly take to mgmt to see if she has paid her $500 pet deposit - do I do that?  I went online and filled an annoyance call record with the phone company (all the calls were on my caller ID). That's out of my hands. After she left the message, I heard her come out into the breezeway and start yelling at me through the door. I ignored her. She is one of those who has to WIN and I wouldn't be surprised if strange things started happening.  Do I file a complaint at the sherrif's for both these things (I'll be the one looking like a nut!), do I find a lawyer to get me out of my lease, do I install a hidden camera to feel a little more secure, or just be a hermit until my lease is up Feb 1?

Anybody have any suggestions? I hate this kind of stuff.  Why can't we all just get along?  Where is that poster who set the visiting neighbor's kid straight about the rules of her house so I can rent her out to handle my problem!!  OMG, I just looked out my peep hole and there is ANOTHER bag of garbage just now put out with yesterday's garbage!!! No Way!!!!

Ask older neighbor boy, etc to work with him?

Nothing made me happier when a neighbor...

was driving by and saw me outside when we first moved here.  She pulled in the driveway, got out of her car, went back in her car and pulled out a bag of carrots, walked over to me, and introduced herself as my new neighbor.  She of course brought the carrots for the critters and it was the nicest gesture.  She said she had them in her car for almost a week but she had no idea what our schedules were (I worked 3rd, husband worked first) and didn't want to bother us.

I'd leave maybe a little box of Milk Bones or some other fairly benign dog treat and a "welcome to the neighborhood" card with your name and maybe even phone number in case of any emergencies and let them know how much you like their little pooch.   Ambassador of good will kind of thing.  I can't imagine the bread did any harm but it's always best to check first.  Personally I wouldn't mention it though, just in case of some bizzaro coincidence with the dog's health status.

Hope all goes well with your new nay-ba's!

My neighbor who comes home tomorrow after SM

a six-month tour of duty fighting to keep us all free!  He just got married before he left in November and everyone is doing little dances all over the place!!!   GOOD FOR YOU, John Michael.

I'd get a similar thing with a neighbor (sm()
he's yell over, "Where ya goin now?" After I lived and learned, I reply, "I don't know."
Dear Next Door Neighbor
I wish you would keep your animals in your own yard, and BYW, those are the rules of our community. Your animals have killed a bird in my yard and I was told by the association to a) shoot them with a B-B gun or b) call animal control on them.
Dear Annoying Neighbor
Please stop calling me from your cellphone and saying "Hi, I am at your front door, let me in." Why don't you try calling and asking if it is okay to stop by? Or better yet, why don't you wait until I invite you over!
Yikes-my neighbor riding a
motorcycle happens to be my son....
My neighbor is addicted to QVC. The UPS truck
every single day. Her apartment is just as small as mine, and she doesn't make that much more money than I do. I've looked at QVC, and the stuff on it is nice, but expensive! I don't know where she's putting it all. Sometimes she over-buys, and ends up giving some really nice things to me because she has no room. Of course I appreciate the gifts, but I do worry about her sometimes. She's told me her credit card debt is pretty high, too. (She should know better - she works for a bank!)
