Stay away from pizza, cinnmon rolls and biscuits.  Traded regular snack food for fruit and veggies, apples, carrot sticks.  The first two weeks are the hardest.
That does seem to be the goal
that the docs have set to change over to the electronic technology we're seeing in doctor's offices now. It's getting to be all about clicking boxes and taking control of quality, per the article I read from an AMA conference.
that is my goal for this year...
to have all shopping, wrapping, etc. done by Thanksgiving (my favorite holiday) so I can enjoy the season for once! I start shopping on Monday...just waiting on the cha-ching! Happy holidays everyone!!!

Just one number away from about 5 million I think, but 5 outta 6 got us $1200...for a moment, my husband about had a heart attack when he checked the numbers cause he thought we won it all!  I needed a 13 and had a 31...oh well, maybe next time!
Then why did you just say it would teach tolerance? Apparently there was a goal. sm
I will teach my children love and tolerance myself. I carried them in my body and ate healthy foods, gave birth, and have taken care of them since the day they were born. I make the decisions for them. Thank God for now Americans are still free and we get to make those choices for our own children. And I would bet you don't have any.
Calorie King
I have not tried that but I have found an awesome website called Kimkins.com I first saw it on a magazine cover and then found the website. It costs a one fee of $60.00 to join but there are so many helpful tips and plans. Amazing stories by others and has a forum for people to help each other out. I started last week and cannot wait to weigh next week after bootcamp. Let me know what you think
Calorie King
Hear - hear - I'm with you on this one! I have been sipping water and not munching while working this month, and got a gazelle slider a month ago. I set it up right next to my desk, so I have to go way around it every time I get up, and I get on it every 2 hours. Its working! I will look up your calorie king and Kimkins. Something has got to work!!

Our 1200 bucks will come by check, but I..
am on vacation for the next month so it will be a treat to be able to pay the vacation off with that when it does come in!
I eat 1200-1500 calories a day and
i think blaming birth control on weight gain is cop out. it may cause you to CRAVE certian foods or have the urge to eat more but i don't understand how the drug itself would cause one to add actual fat weight. Maybe fluid retention?
My parents paid my car insurance ($1200 a year in PA) until - sm
I graduated from college, then once I started working I paid it, and a reasonable rent to them, plus a car payment. I didn't have much left after this (about $100 a month) but I lived. I am not going to buy my kids a car though I will have one at their disposal, and will either pay half or all their insurance. I'll cross that bridge when I come to it in 8 years.
a rapid weight gain without increasing one's calorie intake
so much that it would justify the weight gain, is an indication of water retention.
