Hear - hear - I'm with you on this one! I have been sipping water and not munching while working this month, and got a gazelle slider a month ago. I set it up right next to my desk, so I have to go way around it every time I get up, and I get on it every 2 hours. Its working! I will look up your calorie king and Kimkins. Something has got to work!!

Calorie King
I have not tried that but I have found an awesome website called Kimkins.com I first saw it on a magazine cover and then found the website. It costs a one fee of $60.00 to join but there are so many helpful tips and plans. Amazing stories by others and has a forum for people to help each other out. I started last week and cannot wait to weigh next week after bootcamp. Let me know what you think
Failed to mention replace high calorie foods with low calorie....
Stay away from pizza, cinnmon rolls and biscuits.  Traded regular snack food for fruit and veggies, apples, carrot sticks.  The first two weeks are the hardest.
Any Burger King commercial. That king is just creepy. nm

same here. I keep my calorie goal at 1200 or less
you would be surprised at how much better you feel when you give up pasta/rice/bread!!!
a rapid weight gain without increasing one's calorie intake
so much that it would justify the weight gain, is an indication of water retention.
why would Larry King ask him that
who allows the media to ask a question like this?

Boy you pay a lot for sheets! - I have a king - sm
that is a 12" thick mattress and I have 3 sets of sheets for the bed, and I know I did not pay more than $40-$50 for my "deep" pocket sheets (I have 2 sets of those) at JC Penney's. Shop around you can still get good quality and not pay through the nose.
I am Jewish but can tell you that King..sm
while the New Testament doesn't have everything older that the Old Testament has, the Christian Bible that I also have, the King Jame's version of The Holy Bible, does, indeed, have the 5 Books of Moses from the Old Testament!  Just FYI.
Heather on Larry King . . .
I found it interesting that she said Paul sent her flowers for the opening of Dancing with the Stars - the card said "To Mummy, from Daddy and Beatrice" - cute. She also said if it were left up to them, they wouldn't have a problem, it's the lawyers who are nasty.
Very good. If you can't find another use for the King...
sheets, you can cut the corners and still use them.
My hubbie and I went to see Lion King
and we just wore church attire, I wore a skirt and shirt and he wore Khakis and a button down shirt. For a matinee though I think whatever would be fine :-) Have fun the Lion King Is AWESOME!!!! I would definately pay to see it again!
King Charles dog question
I have been looking at this breed.  Lost my Tasha this May, she was 16 1/2, part chow/lab.  Starting to look and someone through a friend offered me a King Charles but it was from a puppy mill and had a 4/6 murmur at age 9 months.  The breeder said and I quote "my puppies are good for 5 years so what's the problem."  Talked to my vet and passed on that puppy but the breed sure caught my eye.  I think I want a littler dog, Tasha was 55 pounds, and I love sikly hair and rather than the shorter hair.  So if you don't mind answering a few questions, e-mail me -- thanks and congrats on the new addition to the family.   Patti
Unfortunately that is what happens when you cage the king of the jungle
I don't go to zoos anymore, but I found as a child the saddest exhibits were the big cats, just pacing and pacing the perimeter of their enclosure, so very very sad.
Gotta love The King of Queens! : )

Since Maine is Stephen King's state
LOL
My parents both went to college with Stephen King
and he lives right up the street from my parents.
Pumba. Reminds of Lion King. LOL...sm
She is a pretty kitty and sitting under the tree like she is a gift for someone. lol
Did anyone see Tammy Faye interview with Larry King?
I was shocked by her appearance, poor thing. She was only 65 pounds. SHe was so brave to go on national TV in her condition, and so upbeat. I never knew much about her except from the PTL scandal until I saw her on Surreal Life, and she came across as very down to earth and likeable.
sapphires, Dairy Queen or Burger King?

Any Stephen King fans out there? Reminiscent of Captain Tripps? - nm

A King mattress measures 78 inches wide, 80 inches..
long; Cal King is 72 inches wide and 84 inches long. Maybe you just need to rotate the sheet.
