I love seagulls and that woman sounds like a total psycho! Her son throws sand at someone and she verbally attacks the victim! If there is no ordinance against it, it's your prerogative if you want to feed birds. What an obnoxious person--no wonder her son goes around throwing sand at people -- with a mother like that!
