I watched a little bit and probably I am good for most of the above, but I have already "quit" a couple of addictions over my life. But I am glad you were so inspired to change your life and wish you best of luck!

 DIRECTIONS
Dedge the raisins in 1 cup flour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter and flour two 9 inch round pans.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter or margarine and sugar; add egg yolks, and beat until smooth. Mix in flour mixture in parts alternately with milk. Stir in coconut, pecans, and raisins.
In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter, and then pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until done. Cool layers on wire racks.
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, water, flour, lemon and orange. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in coconut and cook for 2 minutes. Allow to cool, and then ice cake. Alternate pecan halves and maraschino cherries halves around top of cake to form a pinwheel.

How about that temporary filling stuff?
I remember getting it back a few years ago OTC at a local pharmacy when I lost a filling and had EXTREME pain.  I want to say DentTemp or something like that.  It's sticky and kind of cement-like and may hold the cap onto the tooth.  It had a little bit of that clove oil stuff mixed in to help numb any pain as well.  Huge lifesaver since my dentist couldn't fit me in for what seemed like an eternity.  Good luck!
I forgot to add some cherry pie filling to top it all off with that
but just even plain it looks good. Wish I had a microwave. I make a steamed chocolate cake in a pan called a turbo cooker. It's basically like a steamer. I add diet coke to it and it's like eating chocolate air. Mmmmmm
Savory or sweet? Do you want C.Ch. in the filling or in the dough? nm

Canned pumpkin - not pumpkin pie filling but sm
take your mix, add 1 can (i think 15 oz?) and one cup of water. Mix and bake as usual. This is an old Weight Watchers friendly recipe and is about 100 calories per serving, high in fiber and DELICIOUS. Make great cup cakes too.
