since this is the first time this has happened, if you go ahead and let them post the charges to your account and then call and explain your situation, most banks (credit card companies even, for that matter) will remove/reimburse for at least some if not all of the charges . . . definitely can't hurt to ask and worth a few minutes on the phone :)
