8 cpl?

Not worth it for either of you. You need something that pays about 13 cpl to mentor. I doubt your on-the-jobber will like her paycheck after that hard work for a 2 cpl? I'm not sure... I guess it is worth a try, but sounds like a lot of work for just 6 cpl for you and 2 cpl for her...
