I have AT&T phone and internet service.  I have to say I have not been very happy with their service.  I lost internet service now this week for the third time in a few months.  This time I lost phone and internet service after a severe thunderstorm for 5 days.  That is a lot of work missed.  I feel like they didn't care that it was costing me money.  I made multiple attempts at telling them I work from home and this is really costing me a lot of money.  They would say yes we understand and we will give this priority.  But how can 5 days be priority.  I was affected by Hurricane Katrina and I was without phone service about the same length of time but that was a devastating Hurricane that affected everyones phone service.  This was a thunderstorm that affected some people's service.  Needless to say I am very disappointed in the service.  I thought about contacting the manager over this at AT&T and expressing my disappointment.  I understand AT&T can't help bad weather or phone service going out because of it.  But I told them my work depends on it being on and it getting back on in a timely manner.  They didn't seem to care.  Should I contact AT&T and email them expressing my views or should I just let this go?
