Don't you just love it when the doctor who is dictating starts a dictation, then gets distracted, puts the phone down, walks away and forgets you are still hanging on the other end waiting for him to come back and finish the dictation??!!! Of course, I had to keep listening because I wasn't sure he would return and finish . . . but alas . . . no, he just walked away and I listened to nothing for five minutes.
