I'm quite happy with my MQ office and account - but know that could change tomorrow, and if so would hate to think I'd be bombarded by people like U with no compassion or empathy. I'm sure if YOUR company was doing what MQ is doing you'd be the first to set up a "Company X" pity party - and I wouldn't care in the least if I have to "navigate" til my fingers fell off. But hey, that's just me (and I'm a guy and we're at least a bit more sympathetic in some ways)...
