We have sympathy for MQers but that doesn't mean we want to listen to the same whining over and over and over. You lose sympathy for people that do nothing to help themselves. And I would hope that if the same thing happened to you, you would move on and get another job. Quite frankly, if my company pulled the same thing that MQ has, I would be out of there in a minute. THere are too many companies looking for good MTs to feel like you have to stay with a company that is "starving" you. What really makes me angry it knowing that a fellow/sister MT is selling themselves so short they seem to think they have to take the abuse. If MTs on rotten accts leave a company, don't you think the compnay will have to change policy to stay in business? Why do MQs let themselve be mistreated. They whine and take the abuse, but from what I can see, they do nothing to try to change their situation. And I for one, am tired of having to scroll down past 10-15 posts to bypass the whining.
