I never said that I cannot meet my daily line quotas. I do get my work done every day. My quota is actually my personal quota and not a company requirement. I know how much I would like my pay check to be and that is what I strive for. I would love to make way more, but I know that will have to wait until my house is empty for 6-7 hours at a time!

My reason for my post was to see if other MTs with children still at home have as difficult a time as I do, not to complain that I am not meeting my quotas because daily life with my 4 year old does not allow for it. The only times I do not make my personal quota is when the work is not available, which is a very rare occasion with my company.

My boys are very busy! Working with my daughter at home when she was little was a piece of cake. I don't want to stereotype, but I did notice a huge difference between my daughter (16 years old now), and my 2 sons (now 8 and 4), as far as productivity when they are home with me during my working hours.

Anyway, thanks for everyone's input. I do enjoy my job and appreciate the fact that I can be home with my children and be here for them when they come home from school every day. I didn't mean to cause a fuss either!
