encourage her to go for a gospel career. She has such a sweet spirit, and I also had the thought that perhaps God has a different path in mind for her awesome voice. I can just see her with a Christian recording contract and a Christian following. I hope she touched some nonchristians with her witness throughout the time she was on Idol.

There is truth behind every joke anyway so if someone jokes about something and finds it funny
their true feelings show. I don't think the dumb-a$$ male is all that funny and I guess it's because most males I know are pretty smart so of course I wouldn't post "jokes" like the OP. That's why I think OP did not really respect men and found humerous truth in the "joke."
Anyone else offended or insulted to be offered 6-7 cpl? Or is it just me or finds this insulting.
Is this how bad it is that now this is the going rate?? I get sick to my stomach just thinking about it. I need a career change. 
A good middle manager finds ways to do it.
I did that role for years. You have to please the client but be advocate for your MTs.
A good AM will find ways to communicate respectfully to the client regarding what the MT has to have to do the job adequately. A good AM will document and see patterns and be able to communicate that to the client. JMO. Obviously I think I was a good AM. LOL.
