Any pointers?

I have one small account, looking for another one or two local accounts.  I've made up fliers, had business cards printed, did a mass mailing, and got nothing, nada, zip, zilch, nothing.  I also went in person to several offices and they've either already got their own inhouse MT, a local person does it, or they send it overseas.  Can anyone give me some ideas on how to refine the process?  Thanks in advance.

Orthopedic pointers
I will be starting a new job transcribing orthopedic clinic work. Although I have transcribed orthopedics throughout the years, but I'm a little worried about "new" or "up-to-date" ortho terminology. Could anyone direct me to some good ortho websites to use as references? I'm also thinking about going ahead and loading orthopedic terminology into my Shorthand program. I think I can get this from the productivity boards. Any other pointers to get jump start would be appreciated. Thanks!
re:Orthopedic pointers
I'm from the old school, so my recommendation is to acquire the latest Steadman's Orthopedic and Rehabilitation word book for a reference.
QA pointers in regards to production
I am trying so hard to stay above the 98.5 QA requirement but I find my production has lowered to practically 1000 lines in a 9-10 hour period.  My problem is not misspelling terms so much as missing words such as "an, a, the," etc, and then of course I am re-reading every report, which slows me considerably.  I am on a heavily accented teaching hospital account, and sometimes the sound quality is bad, but I am losing money big time.  Also if I fall below 98.5, my line rate goes down also.   Help!  Any and all appreciated!
Any pointers for the CMT exam?

I am scheduled to take my CMT on December 11th ... I could use any and all advice!!!

Thanks in advance!

No! But would love some pointers on where the eligibles men hang out. Being an at-home MT has cause
me to be somewhat of a recluse, from church to grocery store, visits to mom and dad, I have no social life.  I am not a party goer, don't do alcohol, drugs or cigarettes.  Will be 50 soon.  I have been told I am beautiful and look maybe 38 or 39.  Children are all grown, last one going off to college in fall.  I am not going to know what to do with  myself other than work.  Any pointers?  I live in the south.

Possibly right here on this board. How about a 51 year old (52 in September) male who is also in the same line of work as you, and in the south also.
