Anyone ever use PC Oncall?

It seems to be a national franchise where they come to your house and fix your computer.  DD's computer died tonight -- gets stuck on startup screen -- and restore to a previous date doesn't seem to work.  I dread the thought of restoring to factory default and was thinking about calling one of these places but would like a little input if anyone has used them.

I used a company like that before PC Oncall was formed
as I would have otherwise lost averything. My power unit caught fire (literally) and I had to put it out with a fire extinguisher. They had to take my hard drive to a sterile room, open it and convert everything to a new hard drive. I ended up paying almost $1000 but then I didn't lose any patient information, abbreviation programs, personal files, etc. I could have bought another computer for less, but the extra work to reload everything and it not being up to date (learned a lesson in keeping a back up CD!) plus not working for a week would have cost much more.
