BIG HUG!

I love the fact that you chose to "stay at home" to work so that you can take care of your children and your disabled spouse. That is very admirable! Sometimes it is hard for our parents to see us for what we really are; sometimes they would rather we be what they want us to be. Hang in there! I'm sure your parents love you very much, but remember that your priority is your spouse and your children. You should do what you think is best for them. Just honor your parents and continue to love them even if they don't agree with what you are doing! You chose an honorable profession and it sounds like you worked really hard to make it work for you!
