 I can relate. I lost about 40 lb 3 years ago. Managed to keep about 25 of it off. Then quit smoking in Sep 2005, and gained the rest of the weight back! I started smoking again in April. I'm going to try again after I lost 30 lb. When I lost the weight, I was walking about 2 miles a day, that worked wonders because I wasn't really "dieting," just trying to eat regular meals.
