the offshore staff we have usually have perfect QA scores and our domestic transcriptionists are the ones that don't always do well or that we receive client complaints on. We require our offshore contractors to QA their work before it's printed and then we do some random retroactive QA, so that's why they rarely make errors. I never would have thought that I'd be saying this in my life!
