Big on demands, but low on pay

Sheesh, I just read an ad looking for MTs with 5+ years of either Cardiology or Radiology experience with a big emphasis put on reliability.

There's nothing wrong with expecting MTs to be reliable, but Cardio and Rad are not easy specialities and someone with the required number of years' experience can't possibly be expected to work for the obscene line rate they're willing to pay: 7-8/cpl!

Companies seem to be getting more and more demanding, but less and less willing to pay for what they're demanding.

This is just nuts.

Out of curiosity, what are the ridiculous demands?
Just curious what they might be.
