Bad, that is. It's a shame, but when I started in this industry I had no desire at all to go into business for myself and deal with that end of things. Like you, if I had been treated fairly, I would have been absolutely loyal, given 110%, and not given a second thought to striking out on my own. Yet here I am, gladly taking the business (and transcriptionists) away from companies that don't care enough to keep either happy.
