paycheck, but I also would have sued! That is just downright unethical and immoral to go behind the MTSO's back and steal a client!!!! You are the reason we MTSOs feel we have to have a non-compete. It has happened to me in the past and it is just wrong. Ethics have completely gone by the wayside in this country. It is such a shame!! Where have all the good people gone...I'm just frustrated with MT all together. MTs these days are unethical, unreliable, and you people wonder why Nationals have outsourced overseas! What a shame.....

The MTSO has always withheld my
state taxes, have worked for company in NJ and in Indiana. They have to pay whatever is required by the state to be licensed in that state to have employees.
The only tax I have to save as an SE is state tax. Other taxes are withheld by company
