Yes to all of your questions -

I work three accounts - I average 200-250 lines per hour on the other two accounts, one using WP and one using Meditech. 

With DQS, I have yet to type over 100 lines per hour.  I have hung with this pitiful program for almost nine months, can't afford to stay with it any longer.

I think DQS is the absolute worst program and in fact am quitting the account very shortly.  The account is not bad itself, but typing DQS platform is the worst.  My biggest complaint aside from what you mentioned is the abilty to increase/decrease speed.  It is preset, so if you speed up the dictator, it is so distorted you can't understand a word they say, and if you slow down, they are like syrup.  There is no inbetween it seems.  HATE IT> !!
