Do you have an OfficeMax near you? (SM)

I got a flier in the mail for the Chair Trade-Up Event. Bring in your old chair between 10/29 and 11/4 and they will give you 10% off a new one. Apparently the old chairs (assuming they are in reasonably good shape) are being donated to a local charity. I bought my new chair there last year. I was pretty impressed with their selection.

Love my HP Officejet 6210 All-In-One - $225 at OfficeMax nm

I just bought a Microsoft Natural Ergo 4000 from Officemax
for about $60 (not exactly cheap).

I can't attest to how long this one is going to last, but I do really like it. However, when I bought it, I was given an option of buying a 2-year extended warranty for like an additional $12. They said they would replace the keyboard for any reason in that time period. I declined, but maybe not a bad investment for people like us who can go through keyboards.
Target, Wal-Mart, Radio Shack, Best Buy, Circuit City, CompUSA, Staples, OfficeMax, Office Depot
etc.
I have no idea if OfficeMax or Staples has them, but again, OM or Staples cannot help you when you
have problems. I know you need to keep the price down, but I am telling you it is worth it at least for the first couple of doctors to pay more and know exactly what you are doing, and have someone to call if you have problems. I would buy the cheapest model they have at Transcription Gear.  I have moved up to the better ones, but I believe they have one that is $225. If you have one or two single doctor offices that you can start with, that would be my recommendation. I use the Phillips 9450, which is way out of your price range.  I gladly pay it for all new offices because I have gone the route you are attempting to go and will NEVER go that route again.  If you can't go $225-230, look at what Phillips looks like so you will understand what I mean about emulating what most physicians have been using.  I am sorry if I said that I was using Panasonic in previous posts.  I forget it is Phillips and not Panasonic until I go looking for information. TG are fabulous people to deal with.  Good luck.
