because it's really just seeing the same people over and over who are utterly lazy, won't look anything up, don't finish their work. If you give them any kind of constructive feedback they argue with the same old excuses (I have been doing this for 20 years, I am being paid on production, not to look up the names of cities) and even if you are being paid hourly you can make much better money typing your own work.
