At the hospital I belong to, the docs have to input their own notes. Last time I visited my PCP he was clacking away on an extremely noisy keyboard while I was talking about my problems! It was incredibly distracting. I got a brief run-through of the system once, & it's absolutely terrible, unintuitive, awkward to use.

But it looks like it is here to stay. Sigh.
