Print it and fax it over. Depending on how many enteries you have from the month and so on, and what program your invoice is in but I have printed my spreadsheet and typed in daily enteries for a client or two on Quick Books. It all boils down to how much you want to keep this client. Also Excel is hard to open up as an attachment and when they do it sometimes is 2-3 pages long. I had that problem with a client also. So to me it was just easier to print and fax over. As for what you need, talk directly to the owner or who is in charge -- again depens on how much you want this client and the work. They sign the check -- only you can decide if it is worth it.
