What program are you using for your invoicing? I just went into Excel, highlighted one of my doctor sections on my master monthly spreadsheet and did a copy and then pasted it into a word document and it came out fine, even all the lines came over. So you might be able to do that and then have to fax from your word document. You will also need to see if your invoice program faxes but most should be able to under the "print" option. Good luck. You will probable have to do two faxes by doing each document separate but if it works, what the heck.
