I won a $100 HEB gift card which can be used at the Central Market - does anyone here speak Texan? Anyway, I used a lot of it to buy three pounds of their filets. I did some last week and they were so good I had a religious experience eating it. So tonight, I guess I'm getting more religion.

Funny story about filet mignon
My cousin and her husband were out with another couple. The husband is a certified card-carrying redneck and proud of it. He had no idea what was wrong when after he ordered his "fill-it mig-non" everyone cracked up. So, that's what we call it now at our house.
Filet mignon and lobster tails
with potato and fresh vegetables! Anything chocolate for dessert or a great big piece of homemade cheesecake and a coffee drink with Kahlua or Bailey's! Of course it's not often, can't afford that all the time! I love turkey and all the trimmings too, but you forgot the oven baked biscuits and cornbread! YUMMY!
