I have walked that walk and know about underbidding and cut-throat stuff. You have to calm down, stay cool and keep them, they will never bend. Hopefully, another account will come along and you can deep six them. Otherwise, you have to accept it, they won't change. I became upset and quit and was sorry, I should have waited until I replaced them but I was so angry, I left them and that was not a professional thing to do. I should have hung on until I replaced them with a better account. Anyway, I learned a valuable lesson and hope I can pass it on to you. Illegitimi non corbundum - or something like that, a Latin pharse meaning "Don't let the b...ards get to you." Smile and nod a lot, keep your mouth shut and your ears open in this economy.
