HELP!

I'm using MS Word and somhow pressed the wrong .. whatever. Now I have a magnified square on my screen that follows me around! i went to the 'magnify' button but couldn't fix it. Anyone come across this before? i don't want to have to shut down and restart unless there is no other option.
